I'm not a climate doom cultist, but the point this gentleman in the video thinks is making, just with what he's saying without further backing, is not the gotcha he thinks it is. Precisely because the amount of CO2 is so relatively small, it is relatively easy to make it out of whack.
Again, I'm not making any claims other than pointing out at a faulty logic.
the gotcha is that the law maker know shit, while still claiming it to be super important to regulate all to hell.
you're completely right that the percentage doesn't matter, what matter is whether it causes any harm or not and if it does at what point.
but also on the lawmaker lvl they don't care about any of that, it just the current nice sounding excuse to make more laws, take more control and hurt as much ppl as possible in the process so they depend in gvmts to survive
And out of that all CO2 humans part with everything we do is around 3-4%. It’s also relatively easy to make climate narrative around this topic.
