We look back 3000 years at ancient civilizations and think; look at those primitive people, they had some interesting tech and skills but overall had no idea about the reality of things.

3000 years from now if we survive; people will reflect on our existence in much the same way.

Knowing that, imagine what we might be totally clueless about right now.

My money is on magic being real.

“They actually had to use their hands to write stuff to communicate 🫠 “

I'm fairly certain it is

Dumbledore said the distinction between fantasy magic and the real power of words is a lie which people believe because the real power of words is itself such an intense magic

Yes 🙌🏽 manifestation

Pretty wild to think about

"All our technologies are but improved means to unimproved ends."

They'll study or political systems and our decision making structures all captured by an elite and think "why didn't they revolt?" the same way we do with the common folks of the Middle Age.

But some of them would find archaeological evidence of me and record of me exposing exactly how dysfunctional the world around me is at this time.

Likewise, we can find some record of people exposing the same issues in people around them during the Middle Ages. There's less and less record the further back you go, but no matter how far back you go, any record you find has the same shit: anti-intellectuals vastly outnumbering mentally healthier people.

Siddhartha Gautama doesn't seem so primitive to me, and he said a few things about the reality of things.

I think we are improving overall.

Yeah. But I think the invention of the Scientific Method did make a big difference to pure belief.

The scientific method was just a small concession in a long campaign of anti-intellectualism.

It seems like a huge victory for the intellectuals, but an actual victory for the intellectuals would have been not needing to "invent" the scientific method. It's just an overly-complex description of critical thinking, which you can use to embarrass people who are refusing to do critical thinking. Being outnumbered by those people, but convincing them to pretend to understand you to save themselves embarrassment, might have felt good for some smart people at the time, but their descendants are dying in a climate apocalypse now so it wasn't really a victory.

I won't be looked back on this way, because I'll make sure retards like you can't erase what I said.

I think there have been people like me in every generation in the past, having the correct answers to the questions of the time, but being very outnumbered by anti-intellectual retards and unable to avoid historic erasure without so many thousands of years of technological improvement.

Practice what you preach, bitch-ass

You yourself are choosing to be totally clueless about tons of shit, yet asking others to imagine what they might be totally clueless about right now?

You don't have to imagine. Just stop choosing to be clueless and you can see, for real, without imagining, the things you're choosing not to see.
