what you teach is teaching you. what you project or extend you believe.

this same truth can be applied to how you perceive others. project your guilt and fear onto them (anything that isn’t love can be substituted here), and that is what you believe about yourself (guilty, condemned, etc)

Look at others as innocent, guiltless, and without condemnation, and you will believe that to be true about yourself.

Your projection is but a reflection of your inward condition.

Concluding thought (something i aspire to do): Teach only love, for that is what you are.
