Is there a guide to installing and configuring the following anywhere ??

1) Nostore extension for Safari on iPhone

2) NOS2X extension for Kiwi on Android

Nostore has a guide once you download it, you will be stuck with safari but it works

Nostore also works in Orion browser IOS.
