One of the reasons I feel Nostr is successful is I don't have a stupid limit of 140 or 280 characters per message.
I don't need to string together multiple notes to make a point, wasting some of that space for continuation and length of thread indicators.
It's easier to express yourself when given a proper editor to write your message. And some now even have support for markdown.
So much of the annoyance of blue bird app was tied to messaging that could come off as quite abrupt or curt.
I'm so glad to have finally gotten around to using nostr in the past few weeks. I had been putting it off for months. I'm looking forward to the features and services people build and support.
