Is it a coincidence that Colorado hosts the largest annual ETH conference while also having the USA’s most progressive policies on drugs?

You may be right, perhaps Colorado top 3 then.

The recent moves with psilocybin 🍄 are pretty interesting, need more info tho on all the mechanics
