For steaks I do a reverse sear instead of sous vide. Slightly less error proof but better coloring and char on the outside.

I'm not really that fancy at all when it comes to steaks... 😅

Lol it sounds fancy but it's honestly the easiest method. Pop it in the oven and go do something else for a while. Come back and sear it in a hot pan for just a couple minutes on each side and you're done.

It's honestly easier and better more consistant results than firing up the grill.

When it comes to sous vide, you don't get quite as nice of a crust but results are similar.
