I would like to improve my own setup though, to see what is the actual bottleneck here. I had the feeling that it is kinda slow. Thank you for confirming this.

Please check on your end to be sure you received. Average zap time was 4722ms (4.7 seconds). We consider this zap time slow... generally, zaps should complete in under two seconds. (Other Nostr users might think your zaps are broken, might not zap you again.) No prob. Actually we can't tell what the bottleneck is, you'd have to look at your server implementation. The Zap specification does require some back-and-forth between the client and the server, and if there are slow servers or slow network connections anywhere in the path, you can have latency issues....
