I can't connect to 200 relays. I paid for 2 and have some public relays. Some are the same as lopp.
Of course not. You can check which relays are the moat popular amongst your follows. Anyway I am sure he does connect not only with paid ones so you should be fine. Check out my relays list, I feel it happy about the setting I have now 🤙🍀
