Nostrgram just saved my butt! Lost all of my following list for some reason and was able to restore it with one click using the Show Following History tool there.
I'm not sure what did it but I was following people on Nostr.band just before losing people so maybe it was that site, I'm not sure
Where exactly is this Show Following History - cant find it at Nostrgram

Ah perfect. That UI is so overloaded that I never spotted that button. NostrGram reminds me a bit of the good old Geocities times.
