This Mexican restaurant I was working at for the past 2 years.. They had some serranos that knocked me on my ass a couple times 😂😂😂

Seems right but Idk.. Banana and jalapeños are much softer and sweeter heat in my estimation.. Serrano much smokier and punchier.

Jalapeños can have some heat but it’s hot or miss. Serranos reliably pack heat. But I’m more into habanero, Thai, or scorpion peppers.
