Nonsense. Gender is a biological description. A man is a human male who has reached sexual maturity. A boy is a human male who has not. We do this with animals e.g. bucks, does, fawns. You might ask why we don’t have terms for male and female fawns; because we don’t care. However, we have bulls, cows, heifers, steers, and calves because each term is for a stage in cattle development. So, no. Genders do exist.
