They have been doing this for about 7 or 8 years now. I first heard about it when Bio Bot was spun out of MIT thanks to In-Q-Tel funding.

All that data was heading into the Palantir system to be combined with every other health record from hospitals, clinics, etc.

Not to mention the IoT data coming out of your dwelling from all those appliances that are snitching on you.
