The fediverse is just a totally different thing. It was basically created to provide a safe space for insular communities like trannies and pedophiles, and leftists. Ppl with similar beliefs can gather on these instances and shut out others that criticise them or say things they don’t like. There are bitcoin and crypto ppl on fedi tho.
