I am a Bach supremacist. I will fight anyone. I also enjoy Mozart, Brahms, and several others. Anyone that love Chopin needs to have their heads examined to set if they have any real brains at all.

Chopin's Nocturnes are awesome

Ew. Just...

What's wrong with them?

Everything? Like, sure, they aren't complete trash, but, he's just not top tier and I really just don't like listening to his stuff.

They're amazing, they convey so much mood and feeling, few composers can do this so well. There's a lot of overly complex shit out there that means nothing.

I'm a big fan of Vivaldi myself.

He's good.

Also note:

Most of my opinions are terrible, except I really do think that Bach is the Supreme "classical" composer.

Ahhh, Bach!

I love that episode...

Me too, MASH is my favorite TV series by far

Have you ever read the book it was based (loosely) on?

No I haven't

Highly recommend it if you like the show.

Thanks, I'll check it out

Bach definitely rules!

I used to love Brahms and then suddenly something shifted a few years ago, and started finding him kind of saccharine. (I'm sorry to say it! I've loved playing Brahms - and I still recognize it as great music - but I just don't enjoy listening to it as much as I used to.)

Mozart, Beethoven, Bach - don't think I'll ever get tired of them.

This one gets it.

I'm a Mozart fan, but I haven't listened to classical much in a while. I used to have a bunch of CDs but lost them all when my house burnt down and haven't replaced them for some reason.

I also think John Williams is a modern day musical genius and the20th/21st Century's version of Mozart/Bach/etc.
