Same here, but we expect it and are used to it or prepared to deal with it. It fucking sucks if you have to sleep without AC

AC is so uncommon in Brit/Eire. In houses at least.

Rained here for about 5 mins lol. Actually made it even muggier 🫨🫨

Yeah, same reason many homes here in Texas don't have much in the way of heating or plumbing insulation. It's usually only relevant a few days a year.

Yep, makes sense. Even buying a portable AC unit, still also requires storage for the rest of the year. Which is a pain.

Yeah that sounds about right lol.

Not sure how bits of Europe do it. I assume they have AC. Spain and France get insanely high temps, I have to assume AC is common there πŸ‘€πŸ‘€

Yeah pretty much. Very very few. Rental places sell out during heatwaves too
