#Heavyhands is the most productive and maintainable heart/muscle/vo2 workout I've tried.
Walking with light weights:
Pumps the 🫀 heart-muscle connection both upper and lower body. I'm at 120-140 hr walking with just 3lb weights in each hand with perceived minimal exertion. Only equivalent challenge is cross country skiing.
Builds #longstrength the author's term for 💪 muscle endurance. Can sustain for 1-2 hours. (This has to be amazing training for surfing/ paddling.)
I'll be training this daily and will report back with resting heart rate data, weight loss, and proof of 80's fitness shorts.
