I’ve been really feeling the extreme emotions of, “WE NEED TO DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO DECENTRALIZED THE WEB, DEPLOY STRONG CRYPTOGRAPHY AND WIN AGAINST THE STATIST!!1!” and the other extreme of,
“Fuck it, I just wanna hang with my family, work on projects on my property and be left the fuck alone.”
I know a balance of the two is the real answer, but sometime in just really feels like one extreme or the other.
The thing is, you will not be ‘left alone’ - so engagement is necessary
I felt this. Balance is hard especially with so much at stake on both sides.

The truth is most of the time balance is just a good blend of totally oppositional forces.
It’s probably more of a problem is the oscillation stops. Then you get politician brain.
