Is there anything worse than seed oils?

Vegetable oil is healthy. I threw away all my grass fed butter and started buying margarine.
That's like quitting Bitcoin or going back to heliocentrism... It just doesn't happen, ever.
War, tyranny, inflation. Maybe seed oils cause the latter though, however of a different kind :-P
