Good points. I think Imam Ali Khamenei still doesn't allow Iran having nukes, despite everything. I believe they could have built one long ago. Of course, I could be completely wrong about this.
I have no idea and no way of getting any reliable information on this. Only relatively few people do. So yep we can consume the propaganda (from many sides) and only speculate. Which might be fun and all, but with some things it's kinda pointless.
