I haven't eaten yet. 19 hour fast today. I usually do a 12 hour fast cycle but pushed it today.

Boxed for a solid 45 mins and hit the steam room to bake for another 30.

Did manual labour for 6 hours.

Just water to rehydrate myself but now yeah I'm ready to eat.

It's been earned.
