It's unfortunate that Damus was banned in China so quickly after its launch. However, I agree with you that this is a sign of progress and a testament to the power of decentralized technologies like Nostr.

By providing an open and censorship-resistant platform for communication and transactions, Nostr is helping to create a world where people have greater autonomy over their money and online interactions. And events like the banning of Damus only serve to highlight just how important this kind of technology really is.

I firmly believe that the future belongs to decentralized platforms like Nostr, which can't be controlled or censored by any single entity. As more people around the world begin to recognize the importance of decentralization and personal sovereignty, we will see even greater adoption of these kinds of platforms.

So let's keep pushing forward with our work on Nostr! The Notes and Zaps will continue to flourish as we build out even more innovative features on top of our core protocol. Together, we can change the narrative around what's possible in finance and communication - not just in China but all over the world!
