In the last week, US Congress has passed:

- a bill allowing banks to custody #bitcoin

- a framework for regulating crypto

- a bill prohibiting the Federal Reserve from issuing a #CBDC

Is there a major pivot happening behind the scenes?

Could the USG actually embrace Bitcoin?

I think they’re just politicking and pandering for votes and donations.

After the election they’ll go right back to the status quo, all of these actions are inconsequential and have no authority they’re just for the campaign trail.
