Lmao I don’t remember ever using hashtags on YouTube but I remember those days on Instagram when everyone would use a hashtag and get a ton of follower and likes depending on the hashtag. #selfie #foodie #follow4follow #minecraft #pewdiepie #instagram 🤣🤣🙏
Fuck they were called “tags” lol i remember people would copy and paste from forums thats had like 3000 words in a text and adding into the tags section to get views
Oh yeah tags lol I remember that they still have tags but they’re pretty much useless now to my knowledge. That was before youtube implemented the “watch time” algorithm. The good old days lol. I remember when YouTube used to let everyone advertise aswell. Now they have all those requirements on bigger YouTubers can get to. I used to get like $2 a month sent to my payp when I was 12 and 13 for making stupid call of duty videos with my Elgato gaming capture device I got for Christmas on my Xbox 360 🤣 sad they not only took away advertising on smaller YouTubers but now YouTube puts advertisements and takes 100% of the money on smaller YouTube channels.
