With a WoT Relay like Haven. After I set the “root” npub (mine in this example).
All the people I follow (and the ones they follow) can post to it if they add it to their relay list? And the rest can’t.

Haven is only for your notes. From what I understand, the WoT is for the chat relay on who can send you messages. You would have to run the WoT Relay by UTXO to accomplish what you described above.
I thought haven was the WoT relay by UTXO.
