I don't like gold very much because it has been heavily demonetized. Today, gold is worth 10% less in dollars than it was in 2011, despite the amount of dollars in circulation being three times higher now.
Are you saying gold was more than 2500 a troy oz in 2011 ? That doesn't sound right !

In absence of #btc that showed up in say 2015 (for masses) , I guess gold gained some in PP since 1970 ... been lot better than holding USD that lost 99.99 % of its PP since 1970) .. am I right ??
