Businesses will need capital to grow, people will still be able to invest capital (Bitcoin) into businesses. People will pay the business Bitcoin for it's goods and services, and investors will get Bitcoin based on their share of the company and it's profits.
Or if your holding x amount of shares in a company could dividends be paid out in sats?
