I think if we limit in clients developlement then it is probably Javascript or Typescript since web clients depend on that.
Overall, Nostr has various implementations from C, C++, C#, Dart, Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, Javascript, Typescript, Python, Rust, Swift. We can pick and start from various languages.
Javascript/Typescript probably. I think the most popular nostr libs are js/ts. Ndk and nostr-tools.
