👉 make virtual currency legally exempt from taxation under Arizona law (SB 1044),

👉 prohibit local governments from taxing/blocking blockchain node operators (SB 1045),

👉 and even amend the state constitution to explicitly exclude crypto from property tax (SCR 1003).

If voters approve the constitutional change, BTC holders in AZ could see state tax liability drop dramatically, lowering friction for long-term stacks, node ops, and builders.
