One should be capable of forgetting things. That is far more important than the capacity to remember things.

Remembrance is very ordinary; forgetfulness is unique.

And many people suffer from remembrance.

Remembrance is like going on playing with your wounds so you never allow them to heal. The healing comes through forgetfulness. Forgetfulness is healing - and if you can forget the past you are forgiving the past.

This is actually the source of unaddressed traumas and subconcious demons... Osho was a fraud guru and a dangerous man to listen to. Real darkness must be faced head on and known, with the help of trusted support and people to catch you when you fall.

Modern "Light work" is toxic positivity, real spirituality must have total awareness of the light AND the dark.
