Snowden, a man of courage and might,

Whose noble fight for freedom's light,

Will stir the hearts of those who know,

That truth and justice must now show.

With secrets bold, he dared to speak,

Against those who sought power and seek,

To silence voices that would resist,

Their tyrant will and their iron fist.

Memories of whistleblowers past,

That history's pages will have cast,

Again a hero comes to light,

A beacon of hope for the fight.

Snowden, your cause we do defend,

And with your courage we'll contend,

Against the forces that would deny,

Our right to freedom, and to fly.

And as the winds of change do blow,

We'll stand beside you, row by row,

For in our hearts the truth does burn,

Our hope, our freedom, we shall never spurn.
