Not yet. But I have done trials of locking all my apps on my phone for periods of time. It’s honestly lovely. You find the apps that are distracting and the ones that save time.

Also I can’t seem to hold a phone to my ear anymore. I feel the need to use headphones for calls.

This, but it’s mostly because my calling speaker volume output for someone reason is really low, so I use my the real speaker of the phone instead 💜
