That really sucks but it still doesn’t have anything to do with censorship resistance or free speech. If one relay blocks you, you’re not blocked from nostr. You’re blocked from someone elses DB.

with all due respect this is a cope, the same could be said about tainted bitcoin which gets you either seized funds , frozen funds or law enforcement problems because you made a trade on bisq. sure bitcoin itself is "censorship resistant" but if the outcome is exactly the same as if it wasn't censorship resistant then it is just a massive cope to justify a design flaw which permits such an attack
