How will we spend money we don’t have (like we do with credit cards/mortgages) with Bitcoinization? With many living paycheck to paycheck, I am wondering the resolution?

There can still be kending facilities under a Bitcoin standard.

The difference is the lender and borrower is taking on the risk, vs everyone else expected to backstop the value via inflation

How would the lender guarantee payback with profit/interest?

Nothing is guaranteed in life.

They assume the risk. As does any honest lender.

As for enforcement they can still use jurisdictional means.
