Spend more time in the sun! Serotonin and Vitamin D is way underrepresented in our times and don't get hooked on cheap dopamine in form from social media, sugar, pron or other stuff. Work for it! Go out touch some grass, take in the sun and take care of your family! Take responsibility for your time with the sun and your serotonin and dopamine levels.
