I don’t know why or when I started this, but whenever I’m taking time to sit down to eat a meal, I put a two-minute timer to wait to eat. Helps me appreciate the meal more.

It makes the food easily twice as good! Eating slower, chewing the food has similar effect too.

I agree. Maybe it’s just a psychological thing, but it always tastes so much better. Gotta work on the “eating slower” thing though.
