3 days now i have been upping my potassium intake and the effects are startling

i clearly was suffering deficiency severely

i was not getting it from eggs, beef, and not enough from milk even at 3L a day (and that blowed me up like a whale)... what i needed was bananas, and probably this plan of adding potassium chloride to my water is gonna pan out very well, i can already tell, it's dramatically reduced my cramping, i feel like probably i'm also short on magnesium, thinking about getting some magnesium sulphate and making a salt mix with magnesium sulfate and potassium chloride and unrefined sea salt, i already should be getting enough calcium from the yogurt i'm eating at breakfast with bananas now

Consider cream of tartar stirred in water...

yes i have some of that already mixed up with salt, it's quite acidic though, and it gums up with water really fast
