I actually use all of the ones that you already use so you're good there. Did you uninstall and reinstall? Are you able to follow people? You could also try another iOS client too, such as Plebstr, Nostur, Primal, or nos Social. Some may only be available on TestFlight.

I did uninstall yes and didn’t work for me. Also when I try to add a relay it doesn’t let me - I click add but the app doesn’t respond. Hmmmm 😗
