Actually zaps are only given, never taken. It maybe unfortunate that an artist is not the actual recipient, however it is #value4value and thus the post is of value even if the artist is shut out.

Everytime a dali sells his estate doesn't get a penny.

I see people get zapped when they post images I have created all the time. I don't take the time to be concerned about it, because there is nothing that can be done about it. I do take pride in the fact that something I created is being valued in this way.

Well there is something that can be done about it. We should shame the people doing it, and honestly those zapping as well.

There would be many more shitcoiners if it wasn't for toxic maxis that changed the culture. Be a part of a solid change for nostr and don't allow people to take advantage of other people's identity.
