This is because I just spent 1 hour debating with someone how much salt we had to add to "one gallon of water", if the instructions said "one tablespoon per pint", which bring the total of retarded units up to three in two lines of instructions.
The problem in this case wasn't doing the simple math, but the discrepancy between "Imperial" and "US" units of retardation, which caused the other person to get the wrong result all the time.
I mean, if you're going to stay medieval, at least be consistent, you fucks.
