Just FYI, anything like that will be significantly above spot, especially if I have to buy the bullion to make it happen.

Of course. My only concern is that such an object (coin, medal, etc) requires stamping. Is that something you can realistically make?

I would cast it, at first.

Stamping requires a stamp to be made, which I can have made at any decent machine shop. So it's totally doable, with the right amount of capital invested. Stamping part is super easy with a press, which I already have.
