Now I remember. I prepared a business plan for someone. He said that he could receive an investment of more than 10 million USD.

But he didn't pay me 😂

I don't know. But our deal wasn't "he will pay if he gets the investment". He would pay more if he got the investment. (Own desire).

A few months ago, he said he would pay at a date 2 weeks ago.

I looked now. I sent all the works on April 17th.
