I missed a lot of what I saw in the ep. 1-3 of starwars when I was younger. I never understood the mass hate for jar jar. I assumed people disliked his annoyingness… Now my kids want to watch it. And seeing it through the lens of an adult I see his role in creating a dictator. I don’t know if that’s why people hated him. But I’m going to assume it was until told otherwise.
