Oh, man, CashApp support is so trash. They run their support like they know their median customer has a sub-$500 networth.

I know Swan's "hnwi" threshold is low, but I wouldn't even be close to meeting that. I can believe they might get that response time occasionally for people on 'swan private' who have someone they can text.
