I'm kind old and a little crippled. but I do Pilates 3 times a week

Good job, Lyn. A novice can get their deadlift up by doing a single heavy set of five reps every workout (i.e. every 48 hours) if you're interested in progressing.

To be perfectly honest, a 135 lbs DL for a woman of your bodyweight seems good.
