It’s a Caesar Salad…the dressing is all the ingredients listed.
Take a wooden salad bowl, 2 cloves of garlic and anchovies (6-8) (you can also use anchovies paste about .3 oz, smash/grind/mix the two with fresh ground pepper and about a 1/4 teaspoon salt, once they are combined to a paste, add a tsp Dijon mustard, 1 egg yoke and 1/2 lemon squeezed juice. Mix those completely then add about 4 tablespoons olive oil while blending. This should produce a creamy dressing ready for the lettuce and topped with lots of fresh grated Parmesan. Salad should feed 2-6 depending on portion size. That can be determined with your lettuce.
