Not sure about your question about adding. I am wary of words like “frequency” and “spiritual” etc. Those words leave IMO are not helpful. So having those removed makes sense. Even the word “sovereign” can have a variety of meanings depending on filters. General time line description sounds plausible but there was no balancing POV. All new territory for humanity TBH. 🙂
