Ultra-processed foods currently make up 60% of the American diet. People want cheap and convenient products. Chemists are great at creating addictive products. The food supply chain is not tailored for local production and distribution. Politicians support big agro. Whole food can't be market, ultra-processed foods can. Doctors are not educated in nutrition and lifestyle, they learn about drugs and their side effects. We are totally disconnected from nature. We don't know anymore what real food is and where it comes from.
Bitcoin won't change that.
I think you can't think out of the box. Bitcoin will change the whole agricultural system because people won't pay for not just the shitty food, but for the shitty mainstream "scientists", doctors... You need to think based on the individual human's actions because they will want to live longer for thriving with the ever higher valued Bitcoin. Their incentives will be totally changed.
Food producers, store owners and chefs selling whole foods and creating local food systems has nothing to do with Bitcoin.
Doctors learning about nutrition and lifestyle, and sharing their knowledge with peers and patients has nothing to do with Bitcoin.
The regenerative and rewilding movement has nothing to do with Bitcoin.
Customers choosing to buy whole foods, organic, locally produced foods has nothing to do with Bitcoin.
Bitcoin won't fix food systems. Bitcoin won't bring people back to nature.
