Triggering my confusion

The facts lay bare

My mind disregards

Chasing obsession

Choosing life unfair

This conditions’ condition

Is not rare

Afflicting billions

So take care

Child, and breathe

I choose to regulate

My thoughts, emotions on the sleeve

Quiet the mind

No separation, no me & you

No need to be tough

One more deep breathe

I am enough
