NOSTR ticketing system wouldn't be hard.

Right now JIRA has to send email notifications about changes/replies.

Imagine using a normal NOSTR client to view the activity stream and casually reply like we do here. Skip emails, read notes.

No SSO, just npubs.

Really doesn't sound like a bad thing.
